Email
support@genesisgaming.com with subject line “Casino Name – Brief description of the issue.” Provide as much detail as possible about the issue being reported. If there are any documents relating to the issue (screen shots are helpful), please attach these to the email. This email will create an issue in the Internet based support tool and a tracking number will be assigned to the issue.

Customer Login
Login to support.genesisgaming.com using the login information provided at the time the account is set up. If an online account is needed, send an email request to support with the Subject of “Casino Name – New Online Account Request”. In the body of the text please provide you Name and Contact information, phone numbers and email address and one will be created for you. You will receive a notification via email with the Internet address and Login information.
