The data is entered, stored and displayed in our Deal Watch and Pit Watch Monitor Programs. Supervisor Tracking Pit supervisors are tracked to assure proper rating of players. All ratings list the supervisor
responsible for the rating.
Remote Pit Monitoring Management can monitor pit activity from any PC with connectivity to the network.
Casinos now have the ability to market to table players the same way they market to slot players. Customers will get credit for play no matter what the buy-in or average wager. Comps are justified and reward points can be easily tracked.
Marketing has complete flexibility to setup and track promotions using our Promotion Watch Software Module. Promotions can be tied into the player tracking history features and drop numbers to analyze the level of success of each promotion.
When cards are dealt on the sensors, the system will count a hand for a checked in player or the system will automatically check in a guest if a player is not yet checked in by a supervisor.
